+: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We have a toddler and pram and was located on the 2nd floor, but with no lift had to carry the pram up and door a flight of stairs.The gym, although small and with limited equipment, was sufficient for a workout. The beach was conveniently located about a 10-minute walk away and provided beautiful sunsets 😍The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, although it could get quite busy during peak times. The hotel had 2 pools, which was a nice feature, but they could improve by clearing the leaves from the surrounding trees around the pool area and providing more sun loungers.One of the highlights of my stay was the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

-: Wij hadden last van heel veel klein ongedierte in de kamer.

+: Stayed in a villa room , perfect location near pool Breakfast was fantastic Room was cool and resort quiet Taxi right outside resort to Coconut , White Sand and Memories beaches were I spent my days Many fantastic restaurants around , lots of choices

-: It was a little like a retirement village with mostly older couples baking their bodies to a crisp beside the pool all day whilst smoking cigarettes

+: Het ontbijt(buffet) was prima. Ruime keuze in van alles ( brood, beleg, fruit, yoghurt etc.) We hadden een prima kamer. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt als je dat wilde. Het huren van een scooter verliep makkelijk ( zonder achterlaten van paspoort of borg)

-: Wat ons tegenviel was de afstand tot aan het strand. En als je op het strand was, waren er geen faciliteiten. Er is weliswaar een partner hotel aan zee, maar dat was strikt gescheiden. Waar ik een hekel aan heb is het feit dat ‘‘s morgens vroeg de bedden aan de zwembaden ‘geclaimd’ werden door er alvast een handdoek op te leggen.- en er vervolgens pas uren later gebruik van maken- Wat mij betreft mag het personeel daar best op ‘ingrijpen’ .

+: Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur Stadt. Es war ruhig und der Pool war sehr schön.

-: Das Hotel war keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden. Wir hatten eine Villa mit viel Ungeziefer . Sogar im Bett. Nach der Reklamation wurde die Wäsche gewechselt. Nass geputzt wurde nicht. Das Frühstück war auch nichts besonderes. Es gab noch nicht einmal Kakao und ausser schwarzen Tee wollte man uns erstmal auch keinen anderen anbieten. Personal war dann bestrebt uns anderen Tee zu besorgen.

+: Wir kommen schon seit 2016 regelmäßig nach Khao Lak und das The Leaf on the Sands hat uns bisher am besten gefallen! Wir waren heuer das vierte mal im The Leaf on the Sands. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist im Zentrum aber es ist trotz allem super ruhig. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und erledigen ihren Job immer in vollster Zufriedenheit. Wir sind im Februar 2024 das erste mal mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter hier gewesen. Alles war vorbereitet und das Gitterbett stand bereits im Zimmer. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Wasser, was wir mit dem Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, für die Babynahrung aufheizen konnten. Es war ein perfekter Familienurlaub. Ein so kinderfreundliches Land habe ich selten gesehen! Wir kommen weiterhin nach Khao Lak und das The Leaf on the Sands wird weiterhin unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein.

-: Die Kleiderschränke haben leider keine Ablagefläche für T-Shirts. Leider alles nur zum aufhängen.
