+: Overall, a great experience. Nice pool with a great view of Kata beach. The hotel is close to everything and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves tasty cuisine and breakfast buffet is also great. The rooms are clean and great view into the pool area.

-: There is room for improvement when it comes to closet space. There were no shelves, only 2 rods so it was a pity i could not get everything out of my suitcase. Access to the hotel on foot can be challenging as it is on hill.

+: The hotel is beautiful, really nice rooms ,good breakfast room ,the pool area is stunning with fantastic views over kata beach ,also the staff were all first class.

+: The room is spacious. Staff was generally friendly. The swimming pool has a stunning view although it is not the largest in size. Breakfast options were fairly generous and of fair quality. The resort is quiet and offers plenty opportunity for resting. The gym was of good size and reasonably tooled. The bed was extremely big and comfortable.

-: The entrance of the resort is on top of a pretty steep hill, and walking distance away from both kata beach and kata main street. You can park scooters in the parking facilities there. The staff manager was not the friendliest, rest of the staff was extremely kind and helpful though.

+: Absolutely phenomenal hotel. The staff are fabulous and help you with any requests you may have. The rooms are large and very modern, clean and comfortable. The spa baths on the balconies are an amazing way to watch the sunsets. The breakfast area is varied and well stocked, with large cups for coffeetea (which is a hugely welcomed detail!). The restaurant has a roof area which overlooks Kata beach which is stunning in both the day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfastsevening meals overlooking the view. There is a well equipped gym too. The roof pool area was another fabulous place with a stunning infinity pool and pool bar. Everything was perfect and couldn't ask for anything else!

-: The location is a bit out from Kata town, however the views and quiet atmosphere makes up for this
