-: I corresponded with the hotel about the spa and massage. I was told to contact Mme Saoudi and was told the spa closed at 19.00 and she confirmed a massage at 18.00. On the way to the hotel my guide telephoned to confirm. He spoke to the spa manager who denied all knowledge of the booking. He said the spa had closed at 4pm. I then found the number I had on the confirmation mail and Mme Saoudi told us she had made a mistake. I don't believe her. She told a lie just to ensure I would keep my reservation and not move to another hotel in Hammamet. When I checked in I asked for thr manager. I was told there was no manager on site. I asked for a room with a bath tub (as confirmed by booking.com) and was sent up to a room with a shower. I had to return downstairs. Not a hint of an apology from the receptionist. The bath (room 4001) was dirty and the shampoo dispenser broken. The bath's grab handles are corroded. It is a noisy room. The buffet food quality was 2 star. Overcooked turkey so I tried the chicken in breadcrumbs. Dry and hard. Mashed potato was disgusting and watery. Vegetables were tasteless and overcooked. At least the beerr I ordered arrived quickly with a smile. The ice cream tubs were each contaminated with different colours from the different coloured ice creams. After mailing the General manager the guest relations spoke with me and gave me one complimentary beer. When I checked out I was charged in full for the room and charged for a drink I had ordered in the restaurant. I look to booking.com to obatin a refund for me.

-: There was no water in the room even first day! It was bizarre. We should buy the water even in dinner! There wasn’t tissue in the room and I asked for it.No slippers! They told me it is 4 stars hotel and no slippers!We should pay deposit for towels in beach! Before this trip i had stayed in a 5 star hotel of Iberostar and no deposit needed.So next time I prefer staying at the other hotel.
