Personnel is extremely kind and helpful (“Burcu” in particular at Concierge and Diana Eyyup at Reception), cleaning service is efficient and English-speaking. The hotel offers facilities such as gym and spa with indoor pool alongside a rooftop restaurant called “Maki” with spectacular views of the Bosphorus, Sea of Marmara and the City’s iconic Mosques. Totally worth a visit. Free Room upgrades included in some booking packages. Room service 247 at very cheap prices (e.g. Pizza Margherita 320 TL) and particularly fast (<15min).

+: Really nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite good and a really nice view of Istanbul from the dining room. The hotel is located in a commercial area with lots of nearby restaurants, fast food places, grocery supermarket that make it really convenient. Restaurants in the area are much more reasonably priced compared to those downtown catering to tourists. The tram and bus station are a short 10 minute walk away. It is about 20-30 minutes to get to Sultanahmet.

-: Bathroom has a strange odor that could not be fixed during our stay. We had a second room that had no issues.

+: les chambres propres et confortables on a eu le chauffage qui malheureusement tombé en panne la deuxième nuit mais a la réception il nous ont changé de suite dès qu'on a monté l'information très professionnel merci a eux salles de sport sauna et piscine hamam propres,le taxi a l'heur le matin il nous ont passé un appel téléphonique a la chambre parfait, l'emplacement ya des restaurants pas loin le tram a 5minutes a pieds ou taxi directement a l'hôtel

-: Ya pas réellement de point négatif peut être l'emplacement est situé sur une légère côte pour personne âgée vaut mieux privilégier le taxi et non les transports en commun
