+: We stayed in a family room in Bungalow. It was perfect for the family of 4 - 2 separate bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds - great for the kids) and a spacious shared room + a balcony - with the view to the sea through pine trees! Waking up with that view was awesome! The room was pretty fresh, we were told that those rooms were renovated fairly recently. We also liked the location of the hotel. It is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and has lovely sea and mountain views from the rooms and from the main restaurant. It is located between Marmaris and Icmeler, there is a lovely promenade connecting these cities, it's about 40 minutes walk from the hotel to Icmeler and about 1 hour walk from the hotel to Marmaris Old Town (which is beautiful - definitely worth a visit!). The quickest way to get to Marmaris Old Town is taxi (200 TL). We also hired a car and explored the beautiful area. I liked that the hotel is not too big, everything is fairly close, you don't need to walk for half an hour to every meal as it is the case in some hotels in Turkey, but it has all you need. There hotel's beach is not sandy, it's basically a stone platform, it was great for swimming (quick access to deep water!), but is probably not ideal with the little kids. The food and the entertainment was fine, but we mainly chose the hotel because of it's location, proximity to the sea and very good family rooms. Overall great hotel, I would definitely come again and recommend it to my friends. Very good value for money.
-: The evening programme started late and finished too late. The loud music played till 24 every evening. It was pretty loud in our room (even with closed windows!) and we couldn't go to sleep until it was over.(at 24!) And at 7:30 calm but relatively loud music started playing in the bar on the beach which woke us up (our bungalow was in the first row of bungalows - the closest to the beach). So we couldn't get enough sleep rest between evening's and morning's music! We stayed in the end of October, the water in the pools was pretty cold, the pools are not heated, but the water in the sea was still pretty warm, so we spend all the time by the sea because we like it more than the pools anyway. The kids club is situated indoors, it has no outdoor area, but we did not use it anyway - just for info.

+: Fresh vegetables, delicious food. Clean rooms, fresh towels every day. Good location and comfortable area for walkingrunning. Not far from the city. Few shops and pharmacies in walking distance. Very safe area, security were there 247 to check bracelets, life guards were friendly and always on their spot.
-: We bought bungalow but receptionist decided to “upgrade” and gave us the room in the main building on the second floor with a view to roof and roadway. Then they showed an extremely small bungalow, probably thought that we didn’t check what we paid for… Wasted half day to get our purchased room with a great seaside view. Receptionists could speak only learned phrases in English and only one lady was helpful. Hotel did not have iron (was written on the page that hotel has iron and board). Another situation was in the main restaurant - we liked one table to sit during lunch and after few days a person who worked there decided to ask contact. After polite “no” he decided to ask for further social media contacts. I was very confused. SPA - don’t recommend, we had better experience in different hotels. It’s small and to go for hamam it was needed to book time (very small SPA area).
