+: Great hotel - all the facilities were excellent, the staff was friendly, food is delicious and varied, the drinks are quality as well! Not some cheap alcohol that you get in other hotels. The room was also really nice , recently renovated , very clean and great views of the sea, aircon broke once but then was very quickly fixed. As soon as I told the reception they have sent someone. Free games room with bowling was a great addition to our stay. Very fast internet connection throughout the hotel. The sea was marvellous very clean and warm , so overall had a very pleasant holiday
-: The only thing I didn't like as much was the beach itself. I think individual umbrellas would be much better as oppose to one massive sun cover. You are always too close to other people and you can't move your sun lounger to the shade if u needed to because then you have to ask the entire row of people to move. I found this very inconvenient

-: - We tried to connect with the hotel prior to our visit, but nobody responded. They have WhatsApp for reservations, however they redirected me to a different number without WhatsApp. Who would place international calls to ask several questions about hotel amenities? Hotel rep responded through booking.com after 5-6 days I sent a message. And they called me a different name😁. This is to the hotel management: the experience with your hotel starts from when the reservation is made. If customer tries to contact you for 3 weeks and doesn't get a proper response, it is not good! - Dirty beach - They closed main restaurant for launches and left just snack area because we visited off season. But we paid for ultra all inclusive. - We had sea view rooms however the view was not really visible because of high balcony wall - The rooms were extremely small. All rooms have 2 beds (3 sleeping places). Even if you don't need them. And this additional bed takes space. So if you open your suitcase, you can barely move around your room. To have more space book rooms - - 61, - - 71. - Be careful with meat in the restaurant, I had food poisoning because the meat was not fresh - Don't book Mexican and Japanese restaurants. Book Ottoman restaurant instead. They don't know how to cook Mexican and Japanese food. We booked these restaurants, and went to regular restaurant after. - Our family members were asked to leave good reviews. When they said, that they will leave honest reviews, the staff tried very hard to avoid bad ratings. I assume this is why Google Reviews are inflated for this hotel and show 4.8.

-: - Les pubs sur les réseaux sociaux ne reflète pas la réalité. Tout est faux.- Hôtel bas de gamme suivant standard d'Europe de l'ouest.- Le niveau du service, nourriture, chambre, literie, activités, services, accueil, ... n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.- Prix exorbitant. La plupart arrive via tour opérateur de Russie.- Les restaurants à la carte recycle le buffet normal.- Crème brûlée = pudding froid à la vanille- Sushi = du riz en boule, aucun goût.- Cappuccino = café au lait (machine à café de salle d'attente...).- 20 desserts différents sur base d'une seule crème pâtissière.- Le personel ne sait pas se comporter : Aucun accueil à l'arrivée, ils parlent entre-eux tout le temps.- Vieille piscine, la plage est petite et bondée. Beaucoup de déchet sur le sable proche des transat.- délais de 7 jours pour répondre à des messages sur booking. Nous aurions dû nous douter du niveau !- La boutique dans l'hôtel vend des copies de vêtements de marque. - Je pourrais encore continuer...
