+: Location was very nice, manager was great very accomodating

-: The food was awful nothing to eat the food taste very bad

-: No one had a clue what was going on, food was the same every day, spa was not open so they took you to a hotel down the road

-: They do not have enough information about the booking management. Hotel or someone sending fraud and fake mails to get your money about your confirmation. And they have no idea and no helping about it . Location is not updated in booking and Google maps. Also not so cleaned the hotels it could be more and real cleaning .

+: Food is really delicious ! What you like you can find for any time :) location is not correct in booking and Google maps .. it should be updated because we spend 30 min to find the correct location with local people helping. Beach is very nice and bar is good until 01:00. Barmen is very kind and hardworking guy ! Other employees are also very kind and helpful.

-: It was not deeply cleaned the room , they should inform their employees about it . Only change towels and making for bed . Others just dirty … also , location should be updated , it was just time consuming. Also, they should check booking confirmation, because I spent extra money , be aware dear guests there is a fake payment before you arrived and it was saying shared by hotels in mail.

+: Rezervasyon oncesi marmaris merkezmi icmeler mi diyerek cok kararsiz kalmistik, zaten kendi aracimizla gidecegimiz icin marmaris merkez curcunasindansa daha imkanli ve uygun bir otel oldugu icin burayi sectik iyi ki ogle yapmisiz. Gunduz cok guzel vakit gecirdik bazi gunler havuz basi eglencesi oldu bize cok hitap etmese de - bazi gunler daha sakindi her gun kafa sisiren bir otel kesinlikle degildi. Aksam marmaris merkeze gezmeye kendi aracimizla indigimizde cok pisman olduk park yeri sikintisi trafik vs bunun yerine otelin onunden 5 dk yurume mesafede kalkan minibusled var onlari tercih ettik. Aksam marmarise inmenizde sart degil ayrica otelin her aksam farkli konseptte etkinlikleri vardi ve bar bolumu surekli farkli kokteyller ile yardimci oluyordu hamile oldugum icin deneyemedik. Bu nedenle aksamlari bizim icin cafe gezintisi daha mantikliydi. Marmaris merkez cok kafa agritan mekanlarla dolu sessiz yere otursaniz bile sagdan soldan ses firladigi icin yine iyiki icmelerde kalmisiz diyerek aksamlari agirlikli olarak otel cevresindeki sakin canli muzikli cafeleri tercih ettik. Otelin yemeklerini cok begendik ve herhangi bir sorun yasamadik menulerde de konseptleee gidiliyordu. Denizi ve plaji icin zaten diyecek yok, cok guzel bir sahili var. genel olarak personel ilgili ve alakaliydi hamile oldugum icin yemek konusunda cok yardimci oldular. Yeniden tercih edecegimiz bir otel oldu.

-: Icmelerin rahatlatici su etkisini bilen bilir sadece banyo konusunda ben takintiliyimdir dusakabin kapagi yarim bitince ve banyoya su sicrayinca ve yerler islaninca hosuma gimtiyor tam ortulen kapakli sistem olsa daha guzel olurdu. Otelin otoparki yok fakat biz hic park yeri bulurken sikinti cekmedik hep tam onunde park yeri bulduk neredeyse her gun aracla cikmamiza ragmen.

+: Sakin, fazla gürültüsü olmaması

-: Birinci katta kaldık, ikinci katın balkonu alt katın yatak odasının üstünde. Sandalyelerin ayak gıcırtısı çok rahatsız edici. Çözüm basit sandalyelere lastik pabuç takmak.Üç kişilik odada üçüncü kişi de aynı parayı ödemesine rağmen sert kanepe yatakta yatmak zorunda kalıyor.

+: Location is great, Icmeler sea is not the best one but view is very beautiful. All inclusive food is fine but alcohol type is weak. The hotel's own beach feels pretty convenient and room size was good level with a nice balcony. The hotel provides towel for beach daily.

-: There was not air conditioner in the restaurant part. It feels having breakfast in the sauna.
