-: Both TVs in suite were poor quality and terrible reception, poor standard for a Presidential suite.

+: Hotel con una struttura fantastica, camera è stata cambiata il secondo giorno e devo ringraziare il manager, pulizia ottima!Colazione un pò da migliorare per gli ospiti italiani

+: Breakfast was very poor. We had to purchase breakfast from another location

-: A decent breakfast, a clean room without mould patches in bathroom, and our clothes felt damp. Before we paid for upgrade we were in a room with no balcony and two porthole windows by bed with no blind. After upgrade we rarely had Wi-Fi and suffered lose of power in room several timesvery

+: Amplitud de la habitación, el desayuno y la piscina.

-: No llegaba el wifi a la habitación.En la piscina y comedor funcionaba perfectamente.

+: Great location. Rooms were a good size

-: Don't book deluxe room as you will end up without a balcony ( you get a terrace you can't look out on)

-: Hotel very tired and in need of repair, some money really needs to be spent to make the place more presentable. The reception manager very rude and doesn’t care about any of the guests, thinks everything’s funny and then goes and sleeps in the small room at the back of reception.The cleaners never said morning.Bedroom floor not cleaned at all during the week, my feet were black underneath! Bathroom smelt like sewerage as no bleach is ever used.Breakfast was extremely poor, hot food looked like it was the same old left overs bought out each day.Hardly any seat covers for the dining chairs, and the ones that were available were so dirty and all ripped.Owner needs to get this hotel sorted ASAP as they are going to loose a lot of customers.

+: Lots to like about this hotel but also reasons to dislike, breakfast was good and the omelettes are still as good as ever. Rooms were clean and tidy and food at both the reef bar and Pine hill, we couldn't complain. Also a brilliant location for night life and only 5-10 minute bus trip into Olüdeniz.

-: We have stayed in this exact hotel for many years prior to COVID so when we got the opportunity to come back we took it. Unfortunately, it is not as we remember, or maybe it is in some ways as the rooms and deco haven't really changed. Around the pool needs a freshen up and sunbeds need some attention. Atmosphere very different to what we recall with very little communication. Just everything a little dull and needs a freshen up.
