-: The food from the room service was not good and overpriced, the room is cold and we asked the reception to increase it but nothing happened, the noise from the nearby night clubs, the walls are not soundproof, the hotel facilities are good but not excellent

+: -The location is a 1010!The metro station is quite jn the near, which is very important as a tourist.-The service and the staff was great. Especially, Mrs. Sibel (housekeeping) was very communicative, friendly and helpful. She met all my requirements.-I even got a room upgrade.
