+: Staff was super friendly. Place was super clean. Because the room was already prepared they let us check in a bit earlier and get some rest. And also when we left they took care of our lugagges.If I come back to Istanbul I would happily stay here again1010 recommended

+: The location is exceptional. Clean rooms, all the utilities that you need; what can I say this was a true oasis of relaxation :). The staff was more than receptive to fulfill our needs; we had lil issue with our car, and the host was so nice that he actually came with us to the car garage to talk to the mecanics and made sure that we paid the right price. Our experience with Zendy Suite Hotel was our lil piece of heaven ❤️.

+: The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Omer is a wonderful person and guided us appropriately. The premises are always kept clean. The location is near to the Taksim square which is central to all transportation routes.
