+: The room has very large and bright. I also had a balcony where one could sit. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, as it was clean and very appealing. It's a place I would love to stay again on my next visit. There are several restaurants and bars around the hotel. With just about 10 mins. walk you can get to coco beach.

-: Nothing to complain, however for a gym lover like me, the gym is small and does not have much equipment. Also depending on where your room is, your view could be the main street and petrol station.

+: L'accueil chaleureux du personnel est un plus après un long voyage. La chambre était prête et ça c'est un point non négligeable. Je recommande fortement car la situation géographique non loin de la plage, facile à recommander. La petite attention de proposer la navette vers l'aéroport sans demander , merci.

-: Je n'ai rien à dire à ce sujet car j'ai tout apprécié. Et merci pour la navette pour l'aéroport. je recommande et j'y retournerai certainement.

+: My colleagues and I were overnighting in Dar on our way to Dodoma. As there are not many reasonable standard hotels nearby we went to Peninsular. Overall it was as advertised. The hotel is a small reasonably comfortable place. The rooms are spacious. It was all clean. Food was a good standard.

-: I made the mistake of not checking about payment for the shttle bus driver. Usually this is handled by the hotel and included in the bill but it was a separate payment to the drive at the airport. I had to come up with USD 120. Thankfully I had it on me.
