+: I did not get a chance to like anything, three of us us just arrived tired and exhausted to be told they had no electricity. The guy lied by saying the whole area did not have electricity when clearly they did. We out came back still no electric so we had to go and book at a hotel near by, they had electric. Even the manager at the new hotel said the have had the problem before. The guy at Milindi was not even sorry or apologetic, he just preferred to line. The guy who was helping us said the electrics might not even work for days as he is local and knows the area and the hotels. Am just shocked that booking. com has not done anything to be helpful I would just like my money back. That was totally disgraceful. We are very annoyed and upset really did not expect that.

+: Breakfast was okay.

-: We had to switch rooms three times before we got what we ordered. The room they finally moved us to wasn’t cleaned very well and we felt very uncomfortable. At midnight the power went out and it was impossible to sleep in the heat. There were holes in the mosquito nets. In the morning the water didn’t run so after a very hot night we couldn’t even take a shower.

+: •Very close to the ferry and stonetown. •Cost is not bad, stuffs are very friendly.•Decorations are very fun and cute.•top roof is nice place, we can see ocean and sunrise

-: •It was hot, we took off the mosquito net from the bed but still hot.(maybe because it was February, hottest month)•When using bathroom, water was not prevented well and spread on the all floor. Better having sandals for the bathroom.

+: Schöne, fantasievoll Einrichtung, volle Dachterrasse und leckeres, frisch bereites Frühstück, coole Atmosphäre (ein bisschen Hippie)

+: The room was clean and the staff took all questions seriously. The hang-out area at the rooftop was especially great in the evenings!

-: Even for us as backpackers this place became disappointing due to the outside noises and spontaneous smells (fish market). Once we closed the windows at night, the room became an oven. No water in bathroom at one morning due to in-house electric issue. The AC turned out to be decoration.
