+: The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the food was amazing with always a lot of variety at all meals. Our rooms got cleaned everyday and they helps us organising activities.
-: The air conditioning wasn’t great so the rooms were often hotter inside than out. If you are wanting to explore the island it isn’t the best spot to stay as you have to travel quite far in the car to get everywhere.

+: wir wurden zu einem anderen hotel gebracht welches nicht,unseren erwartung endsprach, klima anlage fiel dauernt aus und das zimmer war sowie das essen grotten sclecht und viel zu teuer das hotel hies ALMASI Beach Resort !!! wir mussten in ein anderes neben dem hotel gleich nebenan umziehen welches wesentlich günstiger und viel besser war. wir können das ALMASI ebenfalls nicht weiter empfelen und warten noch auf die rückzahlung der dort gezahlten 198,00 doller für 1 nacht welche wir aber nicht in anspruch genommen haben! vollkommende verarschung vor Ort. Schade

+: Bis auf das doch sehr freundliche Personal - eigentlich gar nichts.
-: Absolute Katastrophe - Mit einem 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel hat das nun wirklich überhaupt nichts zu tun. Die Infrastruktur ist extrem schlecht - Alles marode und gerade so funktionstüchtig. Die Zimmer - der Strandbereich - die Bar - leider alles wirklich schlecht. All Inclusive ist ein Witz, quasi keine Auswahl und nur das billigste vom billigen - Cocktails ( selbst bezahlte ) sind im Prinzip ungenießbar ( das hat den Namen Cocktail noch nicht mal verdient ). Das Frühstücks Buffet ist jeden Tag absolut identisch ( bis auf 1 Gericht das wechselt jeden Tag und davon gibt es 3 verschiedenen ) und leider von der Qualität auch eher unterirdisch. Es gibt ständig kein Wasser ( also fallen auch die Toiletten aus ! ) - Hier ist selbst 1 Punkt zu viel !
