+: Villa spacieuse avec vue mer. Piscine indispensable car baignade en mer difficile avec les marées.Personnel très disponible et agréable.Jardins bien entretenus.

+: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρά και μεγάλα δωμάτια πολύ καλή πισίνα, ωραίο πρωινό , ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .

-: Πρόβλημα με το air condition στο ένα από τα τρία δωμάτια καθημερινά και όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας, παρά τις προσπάθειες του προσωπικού. Επίσης υπήρχαν διακοπές ρεύματος και πολλές φορες δεν είχε πίεση το νερό στα μπάνια

+: The team was very helpful and Michael went out of his way to assist at all times. Nice cosy place for a family . Lovely breezy place with a nice view of the ocean.One of the bedrooms had separate beds which was great for our girls.Place had a lot of greens, trees, etc. Very restful

-: There were frequent power outages, some of which were from the main power supply. This gave the Serenity team a lot of work during our 4 day stay.Water stopped running for hours sometimes. The upstairs bedroom was really warm in spite of several adjustments to the air conditioning. Since the communal areas do not have air conditioning, the team could consider adding netting at the sliding doors so that one can keep those doors open without the risk of mosquitoes and houseflies (both of which were also around). The communal areas were, therefore, very hot if one was not interested in opening up to insects.A similar treatment for the upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows would be helpful to take advantage of the nice breeze that is often outside but can't currently be let in without insects joining in.

+: Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean villa. Good AC in the bedrooms. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided daily for both bathroom and pool. Villa staff were very helpful in arranging car rentals as well as airport transfers at competitive rates.

-: Shower and tap water has a foul smell to it. No AC in the living room area so it can get very hot and stuffy. Not wheelchair accessible. The beach front villas have a short walk down a hill with stairs to get to from the parking lotmain road.

+: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and I wanted to share my experience. Although there were a few initial hiccups, Manager Nelson deserves a special shoutout for his exceptional service. He was quick to address and resolve any issues we encountered, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The location of the place was fantastic, being in close proximity to the sea, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. It was truly a memorable stay, and I'd like to express my gratitude to Nelson for going above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience.I highly recommend this accommodation for its great location and the outstanding customer service provided by Manager Nelson. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

-: I was disappointed to be charged for water during breakfast. Manager Nelson assured me they're working on a solution with a possible water dispenser in the future. This issue needs prompt resolution for a better guest experience.I'm pleased to share that the accommodation promptly waived the charge. This responsive approach to guest feedback is commendable and reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction.

+: Sehr nettes Personal, große Villa, gutes Frühstück, bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen, Hilfe bei der Organisation von Unternehmungen.

-: Keine Kochmöglichkeit, Bilder auf Booking sind nicht akkurat, wenn man nicht Villa 1 oder 2 hat ist man weit vom Strand entfernt, Safes in den Hotelzimmern sind nicht erklärt und teilweise nicht verankert
