-: The staff is really not friendly at all, all of them acting as if they want to help but in reality, you don't feel it, the reception couldn't solve multiple problems and made us late for 2 hours at check-in and check -out with multiple problems, the luggage man is really the same as the reception, they see you getting the luggage from the car and move with it and they come at the last moment to arrive, oh no please leave it just to take some money and the check-out they came late for 40 minutes and even the reception made us more late for 2 hours to solve the dinner issue

+: I want to start with that we enjoyed our stay very much, and would come back here definitely. The hotel used to be Le Meridien, and most information you can find is about that, there isn't that much up to date info you can find here, so here is some: - There is no shuttle bus to the city. The hotel can call a taxi for a fix 200 EGP. If you want to go back to the hotel later I recommend you also mention to the taxi driver that it used to be Le Meridien, because many of them don't know about the current name. If you want to go to the city you pretty much have to go with taxi, as it is pretty far away, be aware of that, going to the city for every meal is not really an option.- The spa is pretty expensive for egyptian prices, it says it is operated by some external party. A massage starts from 60 euros.- You can not book all inclusive on booking.com, just full board, I'll describe the differences in the negatives part of the review. If you want to upgrade full board to all inclusive you can on the spot for 15 USDpersonnight.- I think there isn't that much activities going on as there could be. This is especially true for the nights, as in April the sun went down around 6 pm, and beside having dinner or drinking at the bar there just wasn't that much to do, no shows, nothing. This may be because it is April now, which is offseasonish, but because the city is not very close this is something to be aware of.- I'm surprised that others say the food is bad honestly. For breakfast you have a kind of ordinary continental breakfast with some egyptian options. So you have cereals, eggs(they make omlettes on the spot for you with toppings you choose), cheese and cold meats, bread, sweet pastries, pancakes, etc. For lunch and dinner you have a buffet, but lunch and dinner were never the same on the same day, so you have a lot of variety.

-: While they never said here that full board is all inclusive, it is the top option here, so I think this is a bit misleading. Especially that during check in we got a paper that said we had hard all inclusive. Not the end of the world, but I feel this is vague on purpose. With full board you have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soft drinks only during meals. And while I praised the food and its variety, this is definitely not true for the drinks. For all meals they have a coffee machine you can use, water, and mango, pineapple or apple juice. Only this 3 juice, every time. They are very cheap, low quality juices and there is no variety, they could at least mix it up to have orange juice sometimes, or something. The beach bar barely works, though there aren't a lot of people on the beach either for some reason.
