+: Liked the private area of the whole village with nice pools and views, the friendly restaurant staff who went above and beyond to provide the best service and food at breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant and the common restaurants. They were so nice that when we said we are gluten and lactose free- they made sure the next day and following days they got cupcakes and other breakfast food we can eat ready for us.
-: Customer service was the worst. I specifically called before I booked this place that it’s a honey moon trip and to make sure we are getting the room described in booking listing with the full sea view, no bad smells and in case there is something we don’t like there are other same rooms we can switch to and I was assured on the phone that there is and urged to go ahead and book it. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were given the Mountain View room with partial seaview -that you can only see if you go to the balcony. We went to the reception and asked to switch it they said to come later and they will have a room available. My husband went, they told him there is no room available. I went back to find out what was going on and they told me the room is available the next day and they will make sure it’s no hassle for us -they will get our luggage transferred to the new room during the time we are at breakfast. My husband was mad that they told him no, but yes to me. In the end we said ok. The next day we came back from breakfast, nothing is moved, and finally after we made calls again, and more hassle they moved us but the room again was smaller and with sea partially covered with trees. Then they showed us another room near by which was still not full sea view room and view was covered partially with trees. We were sick of it already and tired, so we agreed to go with the bigger room but with partial tree covered view. They promised to send us a honey moon wine and basket of fruits and another wine to say sorry for the hassle. That didn’t come for couple days, until we called reception asking if it was still coming. They sent us a bottle of cheap wine and no fruits.The housekeeping didn’t change the sheets even when we put up signs to change the sheets, we had to call their reception every time to get the sheets changed. They really should remove their sheet change and don’t change sign system because either way they don’t follow it themselves.
