+: The property has a perfect location in Chania city center. You will be 4 minutes walking from the bus station, 5 minutes walking from the old city, 15 minutes walking from the beach. There are excellent coffee places, bakeries, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies and restaurants around it. The building is old, but fully renovated, fresh, and has a charming style.In addition, the place was immaculate clean, daily cleaning service, big, new and comfortable bed and mattress, spotless bathroom. Not noisy at all, despite being in a busy square.The receptionist and the cleaning lady were helpful and nice, ready to assist you with anything you might need.
-: Not an issue for us, but keep in mind they do not have an elevator and are not allowed to install one in such an establishment. We stayed at the 2nd floor, but the stairs are large and wide enough to climb. Unless you have mobility issues, this is not an inconvenience.

+: Posizione in una delle piazze centrali, staff molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli.Vino di benvenuto e un paio di bottiglie di acqua in frigo.Pulizia e letti molto comodi

+: Sehr moderne Einrichtung, der Schaukelstuhl war sehr cool! Meine Eltern haben sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war mit frischen Obst jeden Tag, sehr lecker. Die Raum Kapazität wurde super genutzt und man konnte in den Zimmer wirklich runter kommen und entspannen! Die Betten waren super bequem.
-: Leider gab es nur einen Fahrstuhl, weswegen die Wartezeit etwas lang war. Für jemand der gehbehindert ist, leider unpraktisch. Aber ansonsten war alles top!
