-: Old, poor facilities, no people. This hotel should be closing down. Booking.com should take this hotel out of your system. They are not up for service, facilities, no one there. The building in a dark mode, very very scary. If they are trying to sell the whole thing at least they should not charge normal price where the owners know they are lying, deceiving people just to get one time off money. It’s not looking good for booking.com to keep them here.You can’t book this hotel on Hotel.com which is great because the agent probably knows Ambassador is a failure and collapses and they are problems. Very spooky, no shops opened, everything closed down and other buildings are closed for accommodation. Only one building is available and it looks spooky since you walk in.

-: Dear Hotel Management,I recently stayed at ambassador hotel pattaya for 4 nights, from 16th to 20th July However, I ended up checking out 1 night early check-out on 19th July due to the extremely poor level of service and cleanliness at your hotel. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations. The room was not clean when I arrived, with visible dirt and debris on the floors The housekeeping service during my stay was also subpar, I found the majority of the staff, aside from the front desk, to be unhelpful and unpleasant. Several times I requested assistance or had questions, only to be met with rude and dismissive responses and always saying No ,,, from some employee In the end, the poor conditions and treatment made my stay unbearable, leading me to check out early and find alternative accommodation. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I did not receive the level of satisfaction I had expected and paid for.I hope you will look into these issues and take corrective action to improve the quality of your hotel. -: ３０年以上通っているので行きやすい、気楽というのはあるのですが、何せ古いので電気配線はごちゃごちゃに家具背面 に露出　風呂は毎回お湯が出ない　今回は飲料水も無く歯ブラシなどのアメニテイも無く石鹸のみ ネットで申し込んだせいか、海の見えないとなりホテルの壁しか見えませんでした　またかつてのように日本食、中華といったレストラン閉鎖　私は釣り宿と考えていますのでさほど問題はないのですが、それにしても部屋は空いてるのに海側のへやを配置されない　また受付も前回ネパール人、今回タイ人と良く変わり対応が遅くチェックインにじかんが掛りすぎと思います　ネットで申し込むと部屋割りとか良くないのでしょうか？これで 部屋が良くなかったのは３回目です　実際シングルで依頼した物のＴＷＩＮ　BED　でした 私は慣れていますが、一元さんの特にリゾートで来られる方は満足しないと思います 小さい子供ずれの家族なら子供らも安全でいいかもしれません ともあれ　ﾗﾖｰﾝリゾート　や隣の　ﾓｰﾍﾞﾝﾋﾟｯｸのひかくにはならないでしょう

-: One of the worst hotels stays I’ve had in 25 years. Incompetent and dirty. In arrival kept us waiting for half hour while checking our rooms, went to rooms and they were still filthy … So then we got moved and they could y find the rooms … this took another half hour. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast in morning they ran out of food one hour in. No eggs, no sausages, no water melon. Coffee was cheap instant … the reception staff, spoke to no Thai and no English. They were kids from Myanmar … I asked to speak with a manager - there was no manager…. Awful stay! I do a lot of hotels for work and personal, this ranked one of the worst ever
