+: The Hotel is located near the metro and its very convenient for any trip to taksim! Especially cause its not located much in a busy street. The Staff is one of the most important asset to highlight - everyone is so nice, helpful and understanding- I can truly say they made our trip the best! Also they talk fluent english which made everything easier and helped us around :) The room is super clean and they provide always nice hot water in the shower. All amenities are as expected for the price you are paying I believe its a great deal. I would personally book again as it checks all of my requirements.

-: Literally nothing. Everything was amazing!

+: The front desk staff and the kitchen restaurant staff are spectacular. The breakfast was great with verity of things. Not sure why other people complained about the breakfast. The room were extremely clean and housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our room EVERYDAY. The location is an other plus. It is close to literary most amazing places with easy access to metro and other public transportation.
