-: The room cleaning service was terrible every day.The beds were always badly made, the floors were sticky and dirty, as was the bathroom. They just ‘tidied up the room’ a bit and left. Needless to say that we mentioned more than once that the service was terrible (photos attached).The F&B service is the worst we have ever experienced in our lives. It is an All-Inclusive where you have to pay in almost every restaurant you go to and the service is lousy.You had to remind them 3 or 4 times to bring you the things you asked for. The baby seats were always dirty and they ‘cleaned’ them with a napkin.In the Greek restaurant, they forgot to bring us the main courses, obviously, they charged us for them anyway.In the Japanese restaurant (which you also have to pay for), we made a reservation at 7:00 pm and they ended up serving us at 8:30 pm.One day we ordered room service (where they also charge for the dishes), and they didn't send us what we ordered. A cheeseburger without cheese, and a ham and cheese sandwich without ham…Faced with all these problems, the F&B manager requested a meeting with us to solve the problems. Not only did the disrespectful guy not go to the meeting, but he sent his assistant who does not speak English and could not make any decision. Waste of time and a total lack of respect. In that meeting we agreed not to pay for the room service, because it was a joke, and they were going to tell us how they were going to solve the other problems.Finally, when it was time to check out we were still being charged for the room service....Again they told us that the F&B manager and the Guest Experience manager would come to apologize and fix the issue. We were waiting for half an hour and they sent again 2 assistants who did not speak English and charged us for the room service that they had sent wrong.... really unbelievable, since we had problems throughout the stay and in almost all the restaurants.
