+: The food and service

-: Bad lightning in the room, slow elevator and door keys that didn't work properly (had to go to the reception multiple times to get a new key)

+: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, was unseren Aufenthalt super komfortabel gemacht hat. Die Räume waren sauber und das Doppelbett mit klasse Matratzen sehr bequem. Der Gang zum Strand entlang der Pool-Landschaft war nicht allzu weit. Die Außenanlagen und auch der Strandbereich waren gut gepflegt. Das Fitnessstudio war ordentlich eingerichtet und am frühen Morgen auch nicht überfüllt. An den Strandliegen gab es einen sehr freundlichen Getränkeservice, außerdem wurden am Strand ohne Aufpreis sportliche Aktivitäten wie Beachvolleyball und Boule angeboten.Das Essen war spitzenmäßig, wobei uns besonders gefallen hast, dass direkt am Strand mittags ein recht üppiger Lunch angeboten wurde. Ach ja: Nicht zu vergessen der recht geräumige kostenfreie Safe in unserer Suite. Und das durchweg freundliche Personal.

-: Das WC im Bad war sehr niedrig, was für nicht mehr ganz junge Leute nicht so komfortabel ist. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ein wenig „old fashioned“ und im Wohnbereich könnten mehr Steckdosen sein. Das ist aber Klagen auf recht hohem Niveau.

+: Everything was amazing. We were provided with a free room upgrade on arrival because it was our honeymoon and the staff provided excellent service from the beginning to very end of our stay. The food served at the buffet was absolutely amazing, and the facilities and amenities available are all of the highest quality. All-inclusive with no extra costs means this beautiful resort is absolute value for money, and is also very classy in comparison to some other resorts in the area.

+: Alles war top, vom Empfang bis zum Rest des Personals!

-: Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer ist schlimm.

+: Very good food and entertainment for kids.

-: Outside seating area of the main area allows smoking, meaning you will end up with a lot of smokers around while trying to enjoy breakfast. Bed quality can be improved as mattresses a hard rock to sleep on.

+: The big bonus of the hotel is the stuff in the restaurants and bars. We got a room upgrade from standard Seaview to suite which is a nice gesture from the hotel management and big thanks to Mr. Serkan who was daily updating me with the daily activities. The stuff is amazing in the restaurants and bars( they are the best). Food is amazing, loads of varieties and it is kind of 24-hours service. Everyone in the hotel they are very nice and always helpful. We have been updated on the daily animation program and big shoutout to Kuvvat (animator) who was actively making the activities for the guests. Not far from the airport and the big wonder mall.

-: Overrated hotel. The hotel should be 4 stars and not 5. 1- the room and the furniture is old, and so the toilet, and both shower and bath are too old and broken, these are minor things, however, it makes the difference to be 5 star hotel. 2- be careful when you are dealing with the spa offers, you have to make it clear with them before you agree on a price, because the hotel will give you discount vouchers you can use for the spa within 2 days from your arrival. 1st day we bought 40mins hammam with no discount and they told us to pay at the reception when we do the check out. Then, few days later we get offer for 80mins massage for 75euros instead of 90eurs. and during the checkout, when we wanted to pay at the reception, there is kind of misunderstanding on the payment appeared at the reception and the vouchers to be included or not, so we went down to the spa to solve the issue with the guy who offered us the service and he said the vouchers don't apply for the discounted services, and we told him okay, what about the 1st 40mins hammam which was 55euros with no discount given, he said the voucher is no valid for service less than 60mins..... This was a shock for me, because there is nothing written in the receipt or on the voucher stats it not to be used if less than 60min spa!!….. but after all his manager came and solved the issue and accepted only one voucher, and the reception manager was helpful as well by making a solution to get a membership of the spa and get additional discount. so make things clear with the spa before you use the service and the amount to paid if it includes the hotel vouchers or not. 3-Far from the city.
