+: You get to sleep in a cave. The bed is comfortable. Views from the restaurant terrace are nice. You get a decent breakfast. Nice quiet location.

-: The bedding and towels are well past their sell by date and need replacing. They should do better than instant coffee at breakfast...it is Turkey after all. Access to centre of town is a little awkward, especially by car as you have to drive right around the town to get to the centre. The lightning in the lounge of the suite is really poor.

+: A very clean, comfortable hybrid cave hotel. We stayed in the family suite, which was very spacious for our family of four. The staff were wonderful and the location offers great views over Goreme. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. One morning we left too early and they packed us bagged lunches in lieu of breakfast, which was really helpful on the long drive to Catalhoyuk. Highly recommend.

-: Those who are sensitive to smoke or dust may want to check with staff about which room is best. Our room was non smoking but when other guests are smoking on the premises you can sometimes smell it in the rooms.

+: It was better in photos. Breakfast was great. Dinner served was good as well.

-: They need to get more organized. We booked a room but got a different one. I tried to get the room that we booked for but they said they cant do anything so have to ask them how can they compensate with this issue. They’ve just given us dinner for 2 to compensate which isnt bad but still going for holidays means we want to relax at least. Not to get some unnecessary issues like this

+: The location was great. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

-: The room was very hot and difficult to cool down. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

+: You will enjoy the experience of staying in a cave hotel very close to Uchisar castle.On a hilltop and very close to a lot of places which you need to see. It has a good restaurant and a good spread for breakfast. It has a lot of high end restaurants and bars in that area.

-: Since it's on a hilltop with steep roads, either you should have a car or you should be young and fit.

+: We loved everything, the fact that the room was in a cave was already spectacular and it was very well designed. The view from the roof terace was amazing. The locatioan was also nice with shops, restaurants, bar close by. People very nice and helpful

+: Very clean place. Rooms were big and suitable. Pictures look more luxurious than it actually is. But it was a good option for a quick stay. Terrace is cool and restaurant is also good.

-: Hotel personal were very helpful especially Zadi. The only bad thing is that they don't really speak English. In general in Turkey is very difficult to find people who can speak another language. That makes communication not so efficient.

+: Yoga grubu. Ile beraber 5 gün bu muhteşem otelde geçirdik. Otel personelini yönetimi, kahvaltısı, konumu herseyi ile 10 numara bir işletme. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Beni ve grubumu rahat ettirmek için ellerinden gelen herseyi yaptılar. Odaları muhteşem. Mağara içinde balkonlu ve jakuzili seçenekleri ile. Odalar büyük, bazı odalarda içeride merdiven bile var. 2 -3 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir. Hersey çok temiz, düzenli. Hergun düzenli oda temizliği yapıldı. Kahvaltısı muhteşem manzara eşliğinde ister terasta ister balkonunda kahvaltımızı edebilir veya çok leziz yemeklerin lezzetine bakabilirsiniz. Sabah balonları otelin terasindan izlemek muhteşem. Balonlarin altında yoga yapma deneyimini bizi yaşattı bu otel. Otelin manzarası harika. Erciyes Dağı ve Kızıl Vadi karşınızda, Kapadokya ayaklarınızın altında. Uchisar merkeze , kaleye yürüyerek çok rahat ulaşabilirsiniz. En ünlü vadelerde Guvercinlik ve Ask vadisi sadece yürüme mesafesinde. Romantik, balayı tatilleri için de ideal. Sabah balonları izlemek bile yeterli. Beklentilerimin çok çok üstünde çıktı. Tum ekibe tek tek teşekkürler. Seneye görüşmek üzere.
