+: I have liked the view of the hotel very much. It is really picturesque. Their towels are also nice.
-: There are three big major issues. The room is old, dirt. The location is too windy. The other customers are noisy. The first issue is, the hotel is super windy. We couldn't swim there because we were afraid of hitting the rocks because of the waves. We went to the other 3 beaches around and they were all fine. The hotel is made where the wind is the strongest. Second issue is that some part of the hotel is made out of poorold quality materials. You can see that everywhere especially the doors. They are just so bad, there is zero protection from the noise outside. When your neighbors are going up or down or if they are laughing or anything in their room you clearly hear everything. It is almost like the walls are made out of thin paper. We had 4 young women upstairs. They moved their furniture day and night. And even if you put ear plugs, it is quite annoying even during the day when they are slamming the door. This is not a hotel for adults. I don't know where they are advertising but their customers are not only couples as they say. You may have noisy young girls who are having video calls or something loud in their room, restaurant or pool. The third issue is cleanliness, the jacuzzi in your room is very dirty. We filled it but then when we ran it some hair and dirt started coming out of the holes. Was very disgusting. It was exhausting to stay at this hotel. one suggestion is do not agree to a room change even if it's an upgrade. Later on booking.com won't listen to your complaints since you agreed to change your room and there is nothing else they can do if you had an unhappy visit at a hotel because you weren't in your original room.In short, please stay away from this hotel.
