+: Last year we were at Polatdemir, and this year we arranged there a suite and took our kids with us on this vacation.The suite room was like on the pictures, very comfortable, bathroom too. The stuff was always very kind and helpful.

-: Breakfast could be better, but it was the same like it was last year. We knew whatbwe have to expect. We payed for 9 nights, and on the 3rd day of our stay we have been informed that the hotel is going to be renovated and that we have to leave on 7th day. We were very dissapointed because we were with the kids on this trip. We wanted to spend stressless time in Istanbul. The hotel offered us to move to Amethyst hotel on the other side of the street and to arrange payment. Or we could find another hotel by ourselves. Amethyst was on other side of the street and it was the easiest way to solve the situation, but there was no suite, we got just a bigger room. Inspite of it, the 3 nights spent in Amethyst were pleasant.We cherish that Polatdemir gave us a solution to solve the problem, the stuff was very uncomfortable because of the situation. They really tried to help us. But we think that the owner of the hotel has to change this kind of politics and that this ist not fair to the guests. He should have informed us about the renovation of the hotel before we went on this trip.

+: Staff were polite and helpful. Location was perfect for us close to metro and tram and walking distance to some sights. Clean and tidy.Great value for money.

-: La facilități apare că au parcare,dar nu au. Am găsit mult mai departe de hotel.
