+: Location and property was fine.

-: We had an issue with a taxi that was booked via the hotel to collect us from the airport - it did not arrive on time after waiting and so we proceeded to take another taxi - no huge issue. However…the staff when we arrive proceed to try and charge us for a taxi that did not arrive and we did not use (it was via a taxi company).After explaining what happened they continued to insist and we refused. The staff were rude consistently after this, for something that seems totally blown out of proportion. The way they went about it was totally wrong. They have subsequently tried to charge another couple’s card who we were travelling with us.

-: The room smelled so bad-strong odor!

+: The location was very central, and you are close to any touristic attraction. There is quite a lot of agitation with people, but that also gives it a feeling of safety. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the AC fully functional. We enjoyed the daily cleanings of the whole apartment, with complementary towel changes.

-: The room is connected to other rooms through what seems thin walls. Therefore, you can get woken up by the sounds of a toilet flush or shower usage. In our case, the shower drain was quite clogged and even though we mentioned it, it wasn’t fixed during our stay.
