+: The room was spacious and had everything required : air conditioning, large bed, hair dryer,... The location was quiet and close to the beach. The restaurant was on the beach and therefore was not disturbing the rooms The cleaners decorated the bed nicely with a welcome message The welcome basket with local fruits was well appreciated The 2 bottles of water every days was very welcome as well The beach towels changed at your best convenience The umbrella provided when it was raining The bus card provided by the hotel (a bus trip is 10 SCR = 0.66 €)
-: The comfort of the bed could be better. I discovered at the end of the stay that we could ask an overlay to make it better. Not linked to the hotel, on the beach, in some location (? Under the threes ? where grass is ?) we had some flies that hitch us like mosquitos. Is was annoying and required antihistamine to be taken and cream to be put. Woman were more impacted than man.

+: Die Deluxezimmer sind gross und sauber. Auch die Lage am Strand ist gut.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
-: Die ganze Poolanlage ist komplett veraltet und wirkt wenig einladend.Es gibt nur ganz wenig Schattenplätze am Strand.

+: Es war das zweite mal, dass wir hier waren. Im gegensatz zum ersten mal sind wir sehr zufrieden. Der Service war jetzt wesentlich besser und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war komplett neu renoviert. Herr Luzett,der neue Manager macht seine Arbeit sehr gut,und Joshua an der Reception ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist Top. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können nur weiterempfehlen.

+: Prístup zamestnancov, hlavne Bilal bol veľmi nápomocný.
-: Všetko bolo super. Zlu skúsenosť sme mali s predajcami zájazdov kde nás pan Quentin oklamal, zobral peniaze a výlet sme nemali. Len nás naťahoval o čas. Ale s hotel nič nemajú. Je to len naša zlá skúsenosť.

+: Nous avons apprécié la grande aide de Bilal qui a su nous aider à chaque instant. Il est vraiment sympathique.Nous avons apprécié l emplacement de l’hôtel, la piscine, et la présence du wifi.
-: Manque de propreté ! Des fourmis partout partout! L’eau de la salle de bain est marron impossible de prendre un bain. Les toilettes lavabos se bouchent très rapidement. Des qu’il y a une demande impossible pour le personnel de nous satisfaire tout semble compliqué et impossible. Mini bar vide, j’ai demandé à avoir un verre vide en chambre on me l’a refusé. Heureusement que bilal était là il a pu nous satisfaire La qualité des repas vraiment horrible , ne mangez pas ici tout est mauvais !
