+: The staff were extremely courteous and lovely. They were the best part of our stay. The location is quiet and tranquil. Loved the sea view.

-: They could mention the off season times in description and update that swimming pool is closed during winter. I looked at the description in booking.com and thought swimming pool was open all year. But it was closed due to winter. It was kind of disappointing. The breakfast was not very good.

-: Everything. The picture in booking is not matching the reality. The location very far from the center. The room is very old and small.

+: The facilities offered by the hotel were quite satisfactory. In particular, the menu of their restaurants was diverse and offered delicious food. I also used the on-site spa facilities and enjoyed them very much.

Wenn ich auf Probleme stieß, fanden sie schnell eine Lösung und halfen immer mit einem Lächeln. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels war recht gut. Das Restaurant serviert köstliches Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und zufriedenstellend.

+: We had the opportunity to stay with my wife. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very minor problem with the room and the staff took care of it immediately. Also, all the staff were friendly. The view of the hotel is absolutely perfect. When you wake up in the morning, you can imagine waking up with a sea view from your balcony and stay at this hotel.

+: I stayed at this hotel to explore the region. The hotel location is in a very good place. 15 minutes away from the city center. You can easily reach there. The staff is very attentive. Although the spa center is newly built, it is very professional.
